Amazon says 'thank you' to UK shoppers by offering £10 off orders over £50

Amazon is thanking its customers in the UK after the company came top of a recent consumer survey. The retail giant took the number one spot in the Institute of Customer Service survey, beating ASOS, John Lewis, M&S Food and Waitrose, in that order.

As a demonstration of its gratitude, Amazon.co.uk is offering "£10 off any qualifying order of £50 or more" to UK buyers. Buyers can take advantage of the discount by using the promotional code BIGTHANKS when checking out.

As you would expect, there are various terms and conditions to be aware of, as well as limitations on "qualifying orders" for the offer, including:

This Offer applies only to products dispatched from and sold by Amazon, excluding baby formula, digital products (Audible, Digital Documents, Digital Video Download, Digital Music Service, Digital EBook Purchase, Digital Software, Digital Video Games, Mobile Apps), alcoholic drinks, gift cards (Gift Card, Gift Certificates, etc.) and delivery and handling charges. It cannot be redeemed on products sold by Amazon US or Amazon.co.uk Marketplace platform (including items Fulfilled by Amazon), at any of Amazon.co.uk’s Trusted Partner sites or at any other Amazon site, for example Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.es, Amazon.fr or Amazon.it.

Each customer may claim a maximum of one Offer. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or on any pre-existing orders. This Offer ends at 23:59 GMT on Friday, 20 January, 2017.

As noted above, the offer is available for today only, so if you"re keen to take advantage of that discount, don"t wait too long.
