The March giveaways are going strong on the Epic Games Store. The second batch of freebies from the month landed just now, and it has brought in a couple of fresh adventures for PC gamers to claim. You now have seven days to add Cozy Grove and Isonzo to your library and keep them forever.
From the duo, Cozy Grove lands from indie developer Spry Fox, offering a relaxing camping experience set on a haunted island. The title is designed so that about an hour of gameplay is given out every day with fresh quests and activities. The hand-drawn title from 2021 has island inhabitants and spirits to befriend to get to know their backstories, a fishing mini-game, collectibles to find, and more during the downtime.
"As a Spirit Scout, you"ll wander the island"s forest each day, finding new hidden secrets and helping soothe the local ghosts," says the developer describing the game. "With a little time and a lot of crafting, you"ll bring color and joy back to Cozy Grove!"
Next is Isonzo, a multiplayer first-person shooter from BlackMill Games, the same studio that"s behind titles like Verdun and Tannenberg. Offering authentic World War I historical battlefields, the game leans more toward being a large-scale tactical shooter, with each match having up to 48 players.
"Decide your path to victory: whether you’re leading the offensive with grenades or using mountain trails to flank enemy positions, you have options," adds the studio. "Dive into combat or take a supporting role cutting barbed wire and crewing heavy machine guns and mortars."
The Cozy Grove and Isonzo giveaways are now live on the Epic Games Store. PC gamers can add the two games to their library for no cost during the seven-day timeframe before the next freebie promotion arrives, which is slated to happen on March 19.
Over on the Epic Games Store on mobile, Wonder Boy: The Dragon"s Trap is the freebie of the week.
