Microsoft"s newest Free Play Days offer has just kicked off, giving Xbox players the chance to try out a new selection of games over the weekend. The latest promotion brings some high-profile titles, including Diablo IV from Blizzard and Killing Floor 3 from Tripwire. Almost all the titles available this weekend need a Game Pass subscription, with only a single game escaping the requirement.
In the fully free-to-play section we have Diablo IV. The Blizzard Action RPG is opened up for anyone to jump into the hellish world and play through the campaign with a level 25 cap. Every class is available to try out, including the recently added Paladin. This trial is running until March 18.
Meanwhile, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members can jump into the cooperative horde shooter Killing Floor 3, the competitive fishing simulator Bassmaster Fishing, the tactical 2D title Worms W.M.D., and the city builder Tropico 6 for no extra cost.
As always, any progress made during the weekend also carries over automatically if you decide to purchase a game afterward.
Here are the announced games and the platforms they are available to play on:
- Killing Floor 3 (Xbox Series X|S)
- Bassmaster Fishing (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC)
- Worms W.M.D (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
- Tropico 6 (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
- Diablo IV (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
To easily find the titles on Xbox consoles, first head to the Store, then in the sidebar, see the Home section. In there, open the Subscriptions tab. The Free Play Days collection will show up in this area.
Other than the longer Diablo IV offer, every game of this week"s Free Play Days promotions will end on Sunday, March 15, at 11:59 pm PT.
