Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights gets support for 39 more languages

Microsoft recently announced that 74 new early access capabilities had been made available for Dynamics 365 services as part of the 2019 release wave 2. These included updated features for applications like Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing, among others.

Today, the tech giant has revealed that Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights now has support for 39 more languages. Additionally, four more language models for improved AI insights are now in public preview.

Customer Service Insights primarily caters businesses that want to improve customer satisfaction. The service provides AI-driven insights to gain comprehension regarding customer engagement patterns, as well as to increase operational efficiency. With English already generally available, and two more languages coming soon, this brings the total number of its languages supported up to 42. Essentially, this means that all workspace interface elements, such as menus, buttons, messages, and reports can now be translated. You can change the default language by changing the language settings in your browser.

Furthermore, four new language models including French, German, Spanish, and a "general" model have been introduced for automatic grouping of cases into topics. Each of the aforementioned models can also process English cases, and offers support for automatic detection of primary languages used in processed case data. The language used the most in said cases, provided that it"s one of the five, will determine which model is used to discover topics.

Support for Serbian (Cyrillic) and Serbian (Latin) will be arriving to Customer Service Insights soon. You can find more details about language support for the service here.
