Microsoft acquires Minit to enhance process mining capabilities

Microsoft has announced that it has acquired Minit, a company that offers process mining technology to empower businesses to reveal opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Commenting on the topic, Microsoft stated:

Organizations across the globe are seeking to be more operationally resilient and accelerate their digital transformation plans. Seamless operations and ensuring that every component of each business process runs smoothly is critical, but most leaders are not able to understand the actual performance of their processes and end up making decisions based on subjective information.

Currently, Minit empowers businesses to modify the way they analyze, monitor, and optimize their processes. Its solutions have aided businesses in acquiring insights into how processes run, detecting root causes of operational challenges, and reducing undesirable outcomes.

Through this acquisition, Microsoft will be able to aid its customers in digitally transforming and driving operational excellence by developing a holistic view of their processes.

Customers will be able to understand the metadata associated with their processes and the standardization procedure to ensure compliance.
