Moto X4 gets exposed, along with more details about its specifications

Before the Moto Z, there was the Moto X. But for unknown reasons, Motorola hasn"t toyed with that line for quite some time, two years to be exact. Now it appears that the firm might be resurrecting it if new information is to be believed.

According to the folks at Android Authority, the Moto X4 will arrive with a 5.2-inch 1080p display and will feature Corning"s Gorilla Glass. The handset will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor and will come in two models - one with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage for North America, Latin America, and European markets, and another that will be localized for Asia that will have 4GB and 64GB internal storage.

As for the camera, there will be a 12MP and 8MP sensor on the rear with an aperture of f/2.0 and f/2.2 respectively. The secondary camera on the rear will be a wide-angle sensor, giving users a 120-degree field of view. There will also be a dual LED flash and the cameras will have phase detection auto focus. As for the front-facing camera, it will be a 16MP sensor with a f/2.0 aperture.

Last but certainly not least, the Moto X4 will come with IP68 dust and water resistance, a 3,000mAh battery and will have the firm"s TurboPower charging feature that can be found on its other handsets. The device will arrive in two colors, Super Black or Sterling Blue, and will measure in at 148.35x73.4x7.99mm, weighing 163 grams. It is unknown at this time when the device will go on sale.
