NHL 26, Age of Wonders 4, and more join Xbox Free Play Days this weekend

Another Free Play Days offer has just kicked off, giving Xbox players the chance to try out a new selection of games over the weekend. Microsoft"s latest promotion includes some high-profile titles, including hits like NHL 26 and Age of Wonders 4. From them, only two titles are exclusive for Game Pass subscribers, while the remaining duo can be played without any sort of membership requirement.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members can now jump into the most recent hockey sports game from EA for no extra cost, giving them access to NHL 26 and its career and multiplayer modes. Meanwhile, SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream is a game set in the iconic anime universe that has a focus on cooperative play. The title focuses on offering 20-player online raids and boss battles.

In the fully free-to-play section lands Age of Wonders 4 first, a fantasy 4X strategy game that brings combat with turn-based tactical action gameplay when at war. Next, Lynked: Banner of the Spark is a rogue-lite experience that has you battling waves of enemies in solo or co-op with friends.

As always, any progress made during the weekend also carries over automatically if you decide to purchase a game afterward.

Here are the announced games and the platforms they are available to play on:

  • NHL 26 (Xbox Series X|S)
  • SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream (Xbox Series X|S)
  • Lynked: Banner of the Spark (Xbox Series X|S)
  • Age of Wonders 4 (Xbox Series X|S)

All of this week"s Free Play Days promotions will end on Sunday, February 15, at 11:59 pm PT.
