Nvidia RTX 5080 is now available at MSRP for Amazon Prime members

GPU prices, especially on Nvidia"s latest-gen RTX 50 series graphics cards, remain in a rather sorry state, with most variants selling with massive markups. Fortunately, if you have Amazon Prime, you can get an RTX 5080 from ASUS at MSRP for $999.99.

The GPU in question is ASUS" Prime GeForce RTX 5080 SFF model, which, unlike most flagship graphics cards, is only two and a half slots wide. This allows using the card in smaller cases, in case you want to build a more compact, yet still powerful, gaming or productivity system. Despite the small size, the graphics card can still operate at 0 dB for completely quiet work when not under heavy load.

Additionally, ASUS equipped the GPU with two BIOSes, allowing you to switch between a quiet mode and a performance mode to keep temperatures under control when gaming.

As for clocks, the ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5080 SFF operates at 2617 MHz in default mode and 2640 MHz in boost mode.

Like other RTX 5080 graphics cards, this card has 16 GB of GDDR7 memory, three DisplayPorts and one HDMI. Note that you need a PSU that can deliver at least 850W of power, plus the GPU uses a 12VHPWR connector, so a power supply upgrade could be required.
