Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G pre-orders now open with up to $650 trade-in credits

Samsung has finally kicked-off pre-orders for the unlocked version of the Galaxy Z Flip 5G a week after announcing the phone. And for a limited period only, your pre-order can get you up to $650 of credits if you trade in your old Galaxy device or up to $400 if it has a cracked screen.

The foldable device"s regular price is $1,449.99, so the credits represent a huge discount. Like all other smartphone offerings from Samsung, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G purchase comes with four months of free subscription to YouTube Premium and six months of Spotify Premium.

The carrier version of the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is also available in in Mystic Gray or Mystic Bronze color via AT&T, Best Buy, T-Mobile (Sprint), and unlocked via Amazon for pre-order and ships from August 7.

Featuring major changes over its 4G variant, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It packs a 3,300mAh battery and supports sub-6Ghz networks.
