Another Free Play Days offer has just kicked off, giving Xbox players the chance to try out a new selection of games over the weekend. Microsoft"s latest promotion includes some high-profile titles, including hits like Call of Duty Black Ops 7 and Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. From them, only two titles are exclusive for Game Pass subscribers, while the remaining duo can be played without any sort of membership requirement.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members can now jump into Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, the most recent entry in the hit kart racing franchise. The game has vehicles that transform to race across the land, air, sea, and space, featuring 23 characters from the Sonic universe. At the same time, Black Desert is also available to members, the open-world MMORPG from Pearl Abyss.
In the fully free-to-play section lands the most recent Call of Duty from Treyarch, giving Xbox players access to Black Ops 7"s Multiplayer and Zombies content. This trial lets you go through over 25 multiplayer maps as well as two round-based zombies maps and the new Cursed Survival mode. Lastly, FBC: Firebreak lands from Remedy Entertainment, its three-player cooperative action entry set in the same supernatural universe as Alan Wake and Control.
As always, any progress made during the weekend also carries over automatically if you decide to purchase a game afterward.
Here are the announced games and the platforms they are available to play on:
- Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
- Black Desert (Xbox Series X|S)
- FBC: Firebreak (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC)
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC)
To easily find the titles on Xbox consoles, first head to the Store, then in the sidebar, see the Home section. In there, open the Subscriptions tab. The Free Play Days collection will show up in this area.
All of this week"s Free Play Days promotions will end on Sunday, March 8, at 11:59 pm PT.
