We posted this back in January when DirectX 9 had just released, but for some reason a debug version was used (I only noticed this yesterday while playing with dxdiag) so I downloaded the SDK and extracted the retail version of the Control Panel for everyone.
To see which version you have:
- Click Start > Run
- Type dxdiag & enter
- Select DirectX Files tab. If you don"t have a message there about the control panel then you have Retail.
