Microsoft has just kicked off its latest Free Play Days offer for Xbox players. This promotion has a fresh slate of games to try out over the weekend, including a hit fighting game from Bandai Namco, an asymmetrical shooter featuring the Predator, and even something for sports fans.
The available games are Railway Empire 2, NBA Bounce, Predator: Hunting Grounds, and Dragon Ball FighterZ. Out of them, only the fighting game doesn"t require a Game Pass subscription. This means Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members can jump into Railway Empire 2 to grow a small company into a big corporation during the golden age of the railroad. They can also jump into NBA Bounce, the arcade sports title with easy controls and multiplayer support, as well as Predator: Hunting Grounds, where you can be the prey or the hunter in multiplayer rounds.
Even without any subscriptions, you can play Dragon Ball FighterZ this weekend. This is a 2.5D fighting game based on the hugely popular anime franchise that many are familiar with.
As always, any progress made during the weekend also carries over automatically if you decide to purchase a game afterward. All of them are currently on sale on the Microsoft Store as well. Below are all the announced games and the platforms they are available to play on:
- Railway Empire 2 (Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)
- NBA BOUNCE (Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC)
- Predator: Hunting Grounds (Xbox Series X|S)
- DRAGON BALL FighterZ (Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)
To easily find the titles on Xbox consoles, first head to the Store, then in the sidebar, find the Home section. In there, open the Subscriptions tab. The Free Play Days collection will show up in this area.
Other than the Predator game, which runs for an extra day, the titles of this week"s Free Play Days will come to an end on Sunday, May 3, at 11:59 pm PT.
