CLERMONT COUNTY -- A Clermont County woman is accused of raping a teenage boy at knifepoint.

Jamie Phillips, 20, is charged with felonious assault, kidnapping, rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Investigators said Phillips raped a 14-year-old boy in her apartment.

Phillips is being held on $200,000 bond.

Her case is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on April 17.

I don't get the 'kidnapping' -- I thought you had to take someone, some considerable distance.

Going next door, doesn't sound like abduction.

Guess I watched too much TV.

no kidnapping is using force/violence to move someone... even if its only 1 step to the left you can count it as kidnapping

Either a man or a woman having happen same situation, it is still sickening. the woman is crazy and a pedo. I mean, a 14 year old? Such a sick society we are living in.

Shes only accused of, not found guilty of.

Not really. Just 100 years ago this was completely normal. Just the fact that today's society of children seem to be more immature, more than anything.

(Not the rape or whatever, just the young age and sexual activity/marriage/what have you.)

I agree with you with this she has major issues that need working out
