Win 8 RP and CP crash all the time... Help Needed

Intel core i5 second gen

1Tb HDD

8GB Ram

on a fresh install this pop up random, no matter how many time i try to clean install and re download

Have you tried installing the correct drivers and chipset for your motherboard? Download the latest version from the manufactures website.

That's usually a memory error. Make sure you have the latest BIOS for your system installed and run the memory check tool on the install disc.

you have a driver issue that is causing win 8 to go bonkers. as suggested before make sure you have the latest drivers for your mother and video card. If after ensuring you have the latest drivers and this is still happening, then reseat the memory and if still happening your having hardware issues and with me its been video cards I had to replace mine good luck!!!! :)

Ill look over Intel site to grab the latest and greatest drivers for MoBo, care to point my how to do the memory clean diagnostic? any specific tool? Or is in the Win8 Disk?
