you have a driver issue that is causing win 8 to go bonkers. as suggested before make sure you have the latest drivers for your mother and video card. If after ensuring you have the latest drivers and this is still happening, then reseat the memory and if still happening your having hardware issues and with me its been video cards I had to replace mine good luck!!!! :)

Ill look over Intel site to grab the latest and greatest drivers for MoBo, care to point my how to do the memory clean diagnostic? any specific tool? Or is in the Win8 Disk?
