UT2004 - Official Patch 4, Now Released

Recommended Posts

Epic Games is releasing patch version 3323 as the fourth official patch for Unreal Tournament.com. This is identical to the beta 3323 we released earlier. You can download the windows version from http://unreal.epicgames.com/files/ut2004-winpatch3323.exe.

This patch is completely compatible with the retail version and previous patches - servers and clients of any flavor can connect with each other.

This patch will not overwrite your ut2004.ini and user.ini files, except to update settings as necessary.

The patch change list is included in the patch. After installing the patch, you can find it at ut2004\help\readmepatch.int.txt

It says 3rd patch on the UT2004 official site, I think. I'm confused. :omg:

Huh - Just checked my UT2004 patch folder (I store all my game patches on a separate drive) and it listed:

Version 3204 Patch

Version 3236 Patch

Version 3270 Patch

Version 3323 Patch (the brand new one)

So I guess it is the 4th patch. Doh!

Believe me it's 4th patch (the creator sent me an email confirming it):

Patch 1: 3204

Patch 2: 3236

Patch 3: 3270

Patch 4: 3323

Here's two new mirrors:

Hey, I didn't realise that. When I posted the reply the only line I saw was " It says 3rd patch on the UT2004 official site, I think. I'm confused", and I guess you edited your post.

But hey, we've both confirmed the same information, so it must be correct :)

I also keep all patches in a seperate folder ;)

Yes the patch is final...for real (official email confirmed that).

I have no idea why you were kicked.

I used patch 3323 on many servers running previous patches, so it doesn't matter what version the servers are running because the patch is backwards compatible. Try a different server, or contact the server admin.

So when is it final, for real? I tried to join a server but got kicked for having this patch installed.

just about any server running AntiTCC wil kick you for a certain file being "unacceptable" or whatever. unless the admin has made that little tweak i read about somewhere you wont be able to play on antitcc servers until the new version of antitcc.

Ah, thanks. How long does it normally take to update these things? First time playing UT with a new patch out, bought the game after 3270 (I think) was already out for awhile.

    • Wow, imagine you dump hundreds of hours into completing things and unlocking stuff and you lose it all. Back in the day when cheats were built into games, you could at least unlock things again that way without spending hundreds of hours again. But those days are long gone for some reason as no one builds cheats into games anymore. So it's even more painful that studio that's on its 6th installment **** it up so badly.
    • Spotify finally removes the disco ball app icon in the latest update by Ivan Jenic Image: Spotify Spotify has just released an update that removes its now infamous disco ball icon. The update reverts the app icon to the familiar flat green logo after weeks of mixed reactions online. The icon arrived on May 13 as part of the company's 20th anniversary celebration and was always intended to be temporary, though Spotify only confirmed that after the backlash started. The disco ball took the internet by storm, as the reception was split. A vocal group of users called it ugly and disorienting, with some iOS users noting that the 3D glowing effect made the app look like it was stuck mid-update. On the other end, the icon picked up a following of its own. Its retro, three-dimensional look immediately stood out against the flat, minimalist aesthetic that has dominated app design for years. It even started a small movement, spawning what people started calling "discomorphism," a mashup of disco and skeuomorphism. Other brands started posting disco ball versions of their own logos, probably in an effort to ride the wave of memes that flooded the internet during late May. Spotify has had a turbulent relationship with its user base lately. Besides the disco ball icon, which certainly wasn't appreciated by everyone, the company has also received backlash for its willingness to include AI-generated music on its platform. On May 17, Spotify promised the old icon would return “in a few weeks.” And now it looks like that time has finally arrived. So, whether you liked the disco ball or it made you uncomfortable, it’s now gone for good. The next time you update the Spotify app on your phone, the old, flat-design icon will return.
