Playing video in Firefox

Hi all,

How do i get files to play in Firefox via Quicktime for example without having to let it download and open up in Quicktime (outside the browser)?

You know when you click say an MPG, AVI or WMV and it loads with the Quicktime logo then plays, or when its WMV it plays full size in the browser itself.

Help is most appreciated.
