I am having some annoying troubles trying to unistall IE7(2) from my PC.

When trying to install Beta 3 it doesn't allow you to install on top of 2, so I go and try and find the uninstall in the usual place (control panel) and alas it wasn't there. Odd. So I go do a search on google and find this page which suggested to do this

If "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview" does not exist, run %windir%\$NtUninstallie7bet2p$\spuninst\spuninst.exe. You need to have "view hidden folders" enabled. %windir% is your Windows installation directory, which is normally 'C:\Windows' on most systems.

Ok, so I do that and it doesn't find it...

So I do a quick search for the 'spuninst.exe' file and finds 7 different files in C:\windows\SoftwareDistribution\Downloads\. But rather than click then all and loose important programs, I thought and ask if anybody else knew what to do.

Cheers!

Cheers for the help, but alas, it's not working.

Just gone and manually searched for that folder and it's not there at all.

Would it work if somebody could send me that folder? I've default installed it all so there shouldn't be any differences.
