stereopixels Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 (edited) Windows doesn't block or hold back any of your bandwidth for Windows Update; if Update is running it will temporarily use your bandwidth whilst it downloads, like any other Internet app would do, if it's not grabbing updates you have full bandwidth available.
