Preceeding today's launch of the iPhone Apple released iTunes 7.3 for Windows and Mac OS X. It is available on the iTunes homepage and via Apple Software Update.

it still does some funny things in vista, like for me sometimes it takes a year to open

They removed the non-metal like buttons and replaced them with something a little more Leopard like.
Looks lame, but nicer than before I suppose |
