Will I benefit from a Type H xD-Picture Card in my Fujifilm FinePix Z3 over the older, slower Type M cards?

No, xD is fujifilms propiertary format much likes sonys and AFAIK xD is a lot more expensive... That was one of the reasons that made me buy a nikon camera instead of Fujifilm
