If you are not using it on a mobile phone, then you don't have to worry about JAVA.

No, actually LockCrypt is written in Java. I don't see why you hate Java, it's pretty narrow-minded to just dismiss an app after reading it's written in Java. The J2ME and Desktop versions are Java, the Windows Mobile version is C#, but what difference does it make? They all do exactly what they say.
