Upgrading heatsink and fans, need help

I have an OCZ Vanquisher on an E7200 and it idles at 44c, loads in the mid-to-upper 50c's. I want to overclock it to 3GHz but I really don't want it to go over 60c (which it did when I tried to overclock it before, so I lowered it back down to 2.53GHz).

I also have a two 120mm fans (one thermaltake and one antec) but I'm thinking of upgrading to two Yate Loon's which i've heard nothing but good things about.

So, now that you know what I have, here's what I'm thinking of getting;

• Sunbeam 120mm Core-Contact Freezer w/TX-2 - $30 AR

• Tuniq Tower 120 Universal CPU Cooler - $25 AR
  
• 2 Yate Loon 120mm fans - $~$12
  

My goal is to idle in the 30's and load in the 40's WITH my CPU overclocked to 3GHz.

Ever considered any of the Noctua fans? Not only do they pull a crazy amount of air, but they are pretty quiet doing it.

yate loons are ok but hella noisy the noctua fans are just as good but a heckova lot quieter. me i have a couple of CoolerMaster 120mm 2000rpm 90cfm @ 19db-A barely here them in fact the fans on the hd2600XT's make more noise, and the titan fenrir is a damn good cooler my friend bought one a couple of months ago and is nothin but happy with it
