Program similar to WiXKill

Greetings, everybody. On my previous computer, I used to run a program capable of targeting any window on the desktop and close it, or kill its associated program. It was a program that would stay on the notification area of the Taskbar, and could do very similar things as another program named WiXKill. It was useful for when I would receive an error saying that I couldn't delete a certain 'thing' because it was being used by 'something' else, as it would 'destroy' that process, and then allow me to delete what I wanted to. Also, the program that I'm looking for was freeware and displayed an icon on the notification area that looked sort of like a magic wand. Please, could anyone tell me the name of the program that I'm looking for? Thank you beforehand!
