Either you are not from France or your French is a wreck. There's nothing wrong with that sign, and is plain correct French. What it pretty much says is:

Indeed, I got pwnd :D I deserve it. However in my defense, I wasn't paying attention to the English translation, he should have posted a better picture. Oh well, knock yourselves out :D

Weirdly enough the italian translation is correct.

You should see some of the T-Shirts in Japan.

Well at least in the 90's, a lot of them were crazy... one had an ice rink with cute little penguins playing hockey, with little comic balloons and writings such as "#@!$" and "What the hell?"

I laughed so hard. You gotta love literal or uneducated translations.

Don't get me started on incorrect use of Chinese/Japanese as tattoo's xD
