Axel
My iPhone's been jailbroken for a while now but since iOS5 is due out soon I will likely be able to l live without some of the jailbreak features as iOS5 appears to replace them anyway. My question is how do I proceed in that I erase my phone of the jailbreak entirely prior to updating (as to get rid of superfluous files taking up space) and then restore my old settings and apps etc. back to the phone when completed updating to iOS5? Many thanks! Alex
PyX
I simply upgraded and it formatted everything. Then you probably have saved the profile of your iPhone in iTunes, so when you plug in your iPhone with iOS5 you choose to put back everything that was on it. As simple as that :)
