need help with running Stronghold 3 on my laptop...

I need help with playing this awesome game on my laptop. I have a Dell n5110 core i3 sandybridge laptop. I have windows 7 32-bit installed on it.

This laptop came with an intel HD graphics video card which I think is an onboard card... :/

Stronghold3 is running fine at my 4 years old desktop pc with nvidia 8800GT on it. But its not running on my new laptop...

Is there any way or any tweak that I can do to run stronghold3 on my laptop even at the lowest graphics settings?

I ran a test at systemrequirementslab and it says I only fall short because of video card.

Edit2: in my device manager its showing me 2 video adapters.
