Get the Galaxy S2 its better than Nexus.

I'd prefer Galaxy Nexus Prime. I think it is the best choice as of now. Even if SIII has quad core, it still isnt gonna bother your for next 3-6 months or so because not much apps will require a quad core.

Go for Nexus Prime... !
