Question
whitebread
I just bought a MacBook. I don't develop software professionally, just as a hobby. At the time I returned my Acer laptop (running Windows 7), I was beginning to learn C++. My question is: what are some IDEs on OS X (Lion-compatible) for various languages (e.g. Mono, C++/C, PHP, ASP .NET).
I'm aware of Xcode and have it installed, but it is just so... different... compared to Visual Studio. It's overwhelming right now.
