Except these 3 related to installation for this game there's nothing on it's install folder or unninstall menu that could help me remove it softly & easily.
Any suggestions related to unninstall? Thanks.

You mean you can't see "Batman - Arkham City" in that list anywhere? It's definitely in mine. I did buy mine from Origin, though, which treats it as its own game rather than being tied to the service like Steam does.

Where did you buy it from? If from the GFWL marketplace, there should be an uninstall button in the GFWL client.
