Hard time finding laptop

I am having a hard time finding a laptop that is reasonably priced and has the following features.

USB 3 (at least one port)

HDMI

BD combo

Webcam

I don't need a power house and any second gen i5 will do. I will consider second gen i3s also.

Integrated graphics are fine as long as 1080p blu ray playback is possible.

I don't need a large hard drive as whatever I get will be replaced.

RAM doesn't matter since 8gb of ram is $30 these days.

Budget is flexible but ideally I want to stay around $800. I customized a 14 inch Sony E series to have everything but the USB 3 port.... price is $700 after tax.

Can you do better? newegg doesn't have a usb 3 filter. Amazon is way worse and I didn't even bother with bestbuy. I checked Sony, Dell, Samsung websites.
