If you want simple... Play SimCity Societies... Alot of people will complain if it's taken that low again.

Tried it and played it for a long time but it was too simplistic. Just click and wait game. I could do that while tasking out other things at the same time. So that does not fit for me either :(

the complexCity is part of the fun... being in complete control of the city and not have the game hold your hand.

no there is 4 industrial in SC4 at least, and they were not ranked by density, but wealth... low wealth would turn to farm land, they where IR, ID, IM, and IHT zoneing

IR- low weath near residential aka farm land
ID - medium wealth dirty aka manufacturing aka chemicals and coal
ID - Medium wealth clean aka product mfg (Cars, etc)
IHT - High wealth tech industry.. needs high education and wealth in the region

When actually plotting the Zone theres only three tools, Low (Agricultural), Medium and High.

Those look more like conceptual drawings than they do screenshots to me....

It's actually coming in March 2013 and no date yet for Mac.

Define "not truly Maxis" - so far, everyone involved has roots in at least one previous SimCity (not The Sims) game; in fact, most go back to at least SC2000 (the last SImCity to NOT require DirectX).

And have you tried CitiesXL or ANNO 2070 yet?

I'm looking forward to this. Be nice if it comes out for XBOX 360, seeing is that I'm pretty sure Sim City came out for console long before PC.
I remember spending countless hours/days straight playing Sim City 2000 on old Nintendo. Played SC3000 and SC4 on PC though.

Just got in the Beta 2! :D

I'll be having a spare key again so I'll be running another competition. If anybody is wondering, it starts 2PM GMT on Saturday and ends 2PM GMT on Sunday.

Eh... I'm already hooked. I have no issue with it being EA. As long as it's a decent game I'll lay it :)
