Yea I'm seeing it too. A similar design kept appearing and disappearing, but this one has stayed, and it appears to be rolled out across all the other Bing services too. Don't know why they ousted the page previews though :/ The side bar seems to be gone too...

They need to redesign Live to be a bit cleaner like this.. maybe when W8 comes out and they drop the branding...

I think that is the Metro UI that everyone is waiting for. Not impressive to me.

I'm seeing the new design (singapore based live account). May be the new design is not that great, but it's better than the old one.

Frankly, I liked the old design better. Now it is *too* stark and minimalist, like Google. To me, the old Bing design felt organic, more like a part of the web like any other site would; Google always felt like I was looking in the phone book: dated and archaic. But that's just me. ^_^

Microsoft redesigns their sites too much. Pick something and stick with it.

Looks like Google but i not complaining. only so much you can really do. I like simple but still want lots of different options and information shown on my pages.

The last major redesign was like two years ago. They are no different than Google, who constantly messes around with pixels and bucket testing new redesigns every now then.

Personally, I don't like the new redesign and it's a step backwards. The new search box is nice, too much white space that would otherwise be used for putting useful info there. One of the reasons I really liked Bing is that it had the daily background color changes rather than just looking at plain text on white background.
