Screen of Windows Phone 8?

I was browsing the marketplace on my phone while my PC was checking my hard-drive for errors and checked screens of the new official Linkedin app for Windows Phone 7.

The last screenshot caught my eye, it shows 2 tiles of Linkedin on the start but this start is different. The notifaction bar is blue instead of with and smaller then normal. Also is the arrow on the rights side gone which leads to application list. Also did I noticed that the Zune logo doesn't contain the TM sign which does on Windows Phone 7.

Why would a company actually photoshop an image likes this? x)

I really hate the LinkedIn logo. There website is also really bad too.

One thing I expect to see in WP8, of course just a guess on my part, is the ability to let us make groups. Just like how we can make tile groups in Windows 8 I expect to see the same idea in WP8s start page as well, instead of "folders".

Then between the top two tiles and the top status bar etc we'll see a list of groups and we can flip through them. Then you could make different groups like, Work,Home,Games etc and each one would have the pinned tiles you want. that's what i'd do anyways, who knows what plans MS actually has though.
