ssd speeds good ?

hi all is the speed in this screen shot good for the crucial m4 128gb ssd ???

its in a macbook 7.1 (believe the last white macbook?)

I think 180MB/s write is the max for the Crucial M4, and on SATA II, 280MB/s read is the highest you'll get. So I'd say that's pretty accurate
