EOS 600D vs 1100D?

If only comparing the image quality, is the 600D worth the extra ~150 ??

The 1100D is pretty low end, if you want to get into photography even somewhat seriously then yeah, spring for the 600D instead.

I've had 1000D for three years, I sold it and all my lenses last winter and was thinking of getting 600D and L series telezoom this summer. I just started to thinking if 1100D and 600D have that much difference in image quality after all, I mean there certainly is when going to full frame but with these low end crop sensors is it really worth it (333 ? vs 580 ?)?

Just picked up the 600D :) It was 595 ? in cheapest store with 18-55mm IS II, 563 ? online but I would have had to wait couple of days. It was 799 ? in one store :o.
