French fries???This sounds like the dumbest use of police & prosecutorial descretion I've seenin a while. Jeezzzz.... If I were arrested for every food fight I've been in....

I agree. But french fries are meant to be eaten hot and cooled with a nice cold drink. Being used as a wpn is just silly. "Here, have your french fries" lol.

I agree with the charges, as I said before.. But..

You've obviously never eaten McDonalds.. I don't think their fries are ever scalding, much less hot lol.. Luke warm maybe..
