Ted murdered a man. Well Jerry, Jim, and Jill all killed people before he did. Its nothing new. Whatever.

I believe those acts are NOT legal.. Correct ?

Apple's acts are. Don't like them, get the law changed. I'm not gonna demonize a company for working within the law.
