This curious young fox had a brush with disaster when it got its head stuck in a candle holder at a cemetery in Mauerbach, Austria.

Mourners reported the fox to local firefighters after watching him run around the graveyard bouncing off the headstones.

Fire service spokesman Harald Pollak explained: "The fox was not injured but was clearly distressed because he couldn't see a thing."

"The jar was so tight that he could not free himself but as soon as we managed to slip it he was gone," he added.

Stuff like this happens when you're as curious / nosey as a fox. My cousin in Wisconsin had a pet fox who was constantly in trouble for this kind of thing. Almost as bad as my other cousin's ferrets - almost. Those two were high velocity 3-ring circuses.
