Are PayPal Money Request Safe

Hello everyone,

Would like to know if i Paypal money request from a merchant any safe?

For the merchant/seller to pay for the fees, they said that money request is the best option. Can I get a charge back in case deal go sour?

I believe you have 30 (domestic?) or 60 (international?) days to open a dispute against the seller.

I've used PayPal on and off since before ebay bought them, it's always been safe and I've never had any problems with the service

I've been using Paypal all my life and have never encountered a big issue although their support takes a while to answer back or just doesnt answer back. But what worries me is since I am not going to handle the fees I might not be able to open a dispute with the purchase.

Also right now its charging directly my credit card and not my Paypal funds w/ credit card, which I find a problem and they aint answering back yet.

I've used PayPal before they were p0wn3d by eBay.

The only issue I have with them is they do not run activation emails, to verify account holder owns the email address they entered when creating an account.

I have done around 70 transactions via PayPal and I would save the money up past ?50 then transfer it for free.

I have not done that for 6 years now as I stopped using eBay sometime ago.

I would say they are safe to transfer small amounts of money as people that use this site have asked for finacial help and people have loaned them
