Need some help with a VPN (btguard bittorrent) please

I signed up for the BTguard Bittorrent Proxy service and no matter what I do I cannot connect. I have used their easy install which comes with a preconfigured utorrent client and their advanced install which you configure yourself. Neither connect. So I started digging and ran a few tests and it said that nat-pmp or upnp are not enabled. On the BTguard instructions they state not to enable them. Any help would be appreciated. Also I have upnp enabled on my router (belkin N600DB), but cant find any setting dealing with nat-pmp. Here is a screenshot:
