When I access the site on my iPhone, I can click the link on the bottom for "Desktop Site" just fine, however when I go into the forums it takes me right back into the Mobile View, if I select "Desktop Site" in the forums it just takes me to the forum home, still in the Mobile view.

How long before this issue is fixed? Its been more than a year. What is so hard that you cannot fix it? You are loosing the opportunity to display ads for mobile users.

This is an IPB bug, only thing you can really do is delete your sites cookies and try again. And hope they fix it in the next ipb.

Just remember the main page setting does NOT control the forum setting.
