No but I get the jist of the conversation. I suppose the funny is tied to the language usage of the British language as you say. Something you will only find funny if you have full understanding of british slang. Bloody good mate! (Y)

I guess o2 initially misunderstood: he's forced to use his home's WiFi because his own cellular internet is not working, and he's annoyed.

I'm a Brit and I understand American slang better than British slang which just appears as nonsense to me in comparison :p
