SSD Optimize: Intel SSD Optimizer or Win 8 built-in?

Should I use both or either to optimize the SSD?

Do they both execute the exact same process?

Looks like its potentially harmful to the SSD to run the Intel optimizer on schedule when the OS is TRIM-native.
