best way to put Server 2012 on a USB Pen drive?

What's the best and easiest way to put server 2012 on a pen drive for installing? The system I'll be putting it on will not have an optical drive. Thanks.

I haven't tried it, but i'd imagine the Windows 7 USB download tool should do the job :)

doesn't it have to be verified though? I got my copy from website spark and not the store....

Don't think so, I've used that tool for Win7, win8 all sorts of version :shiftyninja: works well

Not sure to be honest, I used it to put Server 2012 Essentials on a usb stick, but the ISO was from Technet. Can't see that there'd be an issue - the download tool doesn't seem overly fussy.
