Is there any chance to remove it or simply let it inactive?

Flash or shockwave?

Adobe has removal tools for both

Adobe Flash Uninstaller - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
Adobe Shockwave Uninstaller - http://helpx.adobe.com/shockwave/kb/download-shockwave-stand-alone-installer.html

You will have to re-install flash and/or shockwave to get them back.
