system = mid year 2010 Mac mini with an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 8 GB's of RAM, NVIDIA GEFORCE 320M graphics card with 256 MB's of Video RAM, Using IPhone 5 4G LTE Personal Hotspot as a Shared Internet Connection, OS = Apple Boot Camp running Windows 8 (NOT 7), Win 8 was installed as a Clean Install on Boot Camp using a Microsoft Tech Net Product Key, IPhone 5 is working just fine when using the built in Safari Mobile Web Browser. Anti-Virus Suite = Avast Internet Security 7.0.1474. Just FYi.

IE10 on Windows 8 x64 logged in or out is fast for me, no issues at all.

Edit: Saving post was around 2 secs before it displayed, well within reasonable speeds, and I'm in Europe as well!

Okay, Thank You. It might be the fact that I am using my Personal Hotspot from my 4G LTE IPhone 5 to surf the Net.

If the settings are not configured correctly in either Windows and/or Mac, the Personal Hotspot may stop working.
