I think she was murdered and it was made to look like a suicide.

I think conspiracy theories belong here > http://www.neowin.ne...s-a-conspiracy/

Just read the DJs deleted their Twitter accounts.

Nurses work hard. Poor girl was pushed over edge. It's a shame. May she rest in peace.

Looking forward to seeing what happens to the DJs. A sacking for certain, no?

A nurse at a London hospital who took a hoax call about the Duchess of Cambridge has been found dead.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge said in a statement they were "deeply saddened" by the death of the nurse, named as Jacintha Saldanha.

King Edward VII hospital paid tribute to "a first class nurse who cared diligently for hundreds of patients".

Details of the pregnant duchess's medical condition were unwittingly revealed to two Australian DJs.

Mel Greig and Michael Christian, from Sydney radio station 2Day FM - which says it is preparing a statement - posed as the Queen and Prince Charles in a call early on Tuesday morning.

Such a bizarre and tragic story. While yes the DJs were ultimately responsible and definitely should be reprimanded now that their actions indirectly led to a death, one still needs to ask how hospital protocol could have broken down that easily by forging voices.

And yes, from some publication I read in the past, nurses work in a very stressful environment, with very few hospitals taking initiatives to help improve working conditions such that they'll make fewer mistakes on the job (or if they do err, that they're not immediately castrated for making mistakes).

It's sad that - if it's confirmed as a suicide - these DJs have cost a life in the name of low-brow entertainment. While they couldn't have foreseen such an outcome they should be held responsible to the maximum extent that the law allows. I hope this rests heavy on their consciences.

Such a sad story.

All the more reason to charge the DJ's with treason.

I'm really disgusted at how this played out. Just so, so sad.

So suicide because of the prank call? Is that what this is? Seems like a complete over-reaction if so.

Not that I don't agree, it was certainly an overreaction if it was suicide...however, she probably felt completely humiliated and since this thing went completely viral, she probably felt so stupid that she fell for it. On the flip side, had she not fallen for it and it was literally the Queen who called in and she didn't provide answers to her questions, she still would have been publicly humiliated.

I feel bad for her either way. She was put in a really awful position. I don't think it warrants offing yourself, but maybe there were other things going on in her life.

Doesn't belong in conspiracy since this is real life and it actually happened.
Real life news.

Sad that this happen. Someone must've been harassing her about it or something, or she was already crazy.
