Doctors using HIV to cure Cancer

Hard to do I guess, but if you think about it, it's quite obvious to use something that can get in your immune system so well and piggyback on top of it.

There's also the one where they take out your white blood cells and multiply them, then inject them back in to fight certain types of skin cancer (if I remember correctly)
