Just have a quick question...
We have recently had a secondary child SCCM 2007 R2 site setup, as the primary site will be decommissioned as we virtualised the whole thing.
Was wondering if anyone had any documentation / links to some decent info on elevating the new site as primary, and removing it. We have already used right click tools to make sure that the clients are reading the child / secondary site as the main site code.
All the prep work is pretty much done, and collections, packages, adverts etc have finished migrating / mirroring to the new site.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance....
EDIT : On second thought, as both sites are set as primary, i should be able to just turn off the current main site... seems all configs have been done.... then hide under my desk and pray!
