Is there any issue with the advanced editor in topics?

I don't know when this started or if this just an issue with my computer at work but it seems I don't see the advanced editor for starting or replying in topics. I am not able to attach pictures or do anything. Here is a screenshot:

So apparently it is work that is causing this. I did hear that we have been having firewall issues this morning but it maybe that the advanced editor is just blocked. I was able to remotely log into my home computer and it displays fine.

Sounds like some IT department filtering :) They probably don't allow flash and/or javascript? which the uploader requires.

I always have to click that switch in the upper left hand corner to be able to use some Firefox extensions such as paste quote.

IT security has been going nuts lately with new rules. For the most part it hasn't been an issue but small things like this get blocked.
